Our Renowned Chef

Our head chef and founder BAZ founded IlForne in 1992. He has worked in various countries and learning different cuisines before working in a Michelin star restaurant and running 2 rosette restaurants in the UK. After all the years of gaining experience from all around the world, using locally sourced ingredients to create a variety of dishes, decided to open in a cosy little place in Westbourne Arcade to show his passion of food. "My main goal is to bring people together through my food and give them a real taste of unique cultural food."
